The same people share my worry about Elafonisi, and after viewing the images have decided that their staff will visit and take samples to pinpoint the origin and nature of the pollution with certainty after which another action plan will be implemented and may also include prosecution of those responsible if they can be identified.
So, for all those who told me to shut up and "stop tarnishing the name of Crete" through insults, threats and aggression, I am very glad to tell you that your very own authorities totally disagree with you and thanked me (and those with me) for alerting them to these situations as they have neither the manpower nor the capacity to have eyes everywhere and appreciate the cooperation of the general public at all times. So, instead of trying to shoot the messenger, please help spread the message instead. That will validate your claim of loving your country without any doubt. Everything else just shows you up for what you have been up to till now, true m*****s not worthy of living in this paradise because you can't be arsed to maintain and protect it....Enda McMullen
Μετάφραση δεν θα κάνω γιατί θα το διαβάσουν πάλι κάποιοι κακοί αγγελιοφόροι και θα παρεξηγήσουν.. θα βρείτε να σας το μεταφράσουν. Βέβαια κρατάω το τέλος του άρθρου ενός ανθρώπου που αγαπά την Κρήτη και δεν θέλει να την δει να καταστρέφεται...Δεν αξίζει να ζείτε σε αυτόν τον παράδεισο, επειδή δεν μπορείτε να τον χρησιμοποιήσετε να τον διατηρήσετε και να τον προστατεύσετε!!
Η σελίδα φτιάχτηκε για τον λόγο αυτό, να δείχνει τις ασχήμιες μπας και συγκινηθούν οι υπόλογοι, εξάλλου για αυτό και έχει τον τίτλο Σαδεντρεπεσε... αν θα ήταν μόνο για τα καλά και τα ωραία θα την έλεγαν και αλλιώς... ας μην πω πως!!!
